Cancellation Policy

All booking require a valid credit card.

• If you are unwell please postpone and reschedule
• You can cancel your appointment using the link in your booking confirmation email or SMS 0416 726 687
• Please allow 48h NOTICE in consideration of others waiting.
• If less than a 24h NOTICE is given for cancellations, a MINIMUM OF 50% CANCELLATION FEE will be incurred.
• A NO SHOW will result in the whole appointment fee charged.
